Products Process
Step1. The technical department designs the drawings according to customer requirements.
Step2: Welding process & pressure test evaluation
Step3. The inspection department selects raw materials, flanges and valves according to the welding process and pressure requirements.
Step4. Use automated mechanical cutting dimensions to ensure product accuracy based on drawings
Step5. Tube making and flange/valve welding
Step6. Form the cylinder, perform RT/MT test, and ensure the safety performance of the product through water pressure and air pressure test.
Step7. Sandblasting and rusting, then spraying the primer and topcoat to prevent rust and forming a protective layer to improve the service life of the product.
Step8. The tank production is completed, the inspection department produces the product quality certificate and after-sales service information, and arranges the vehicle delivery.
